DESCRIPTION: The Khyber Splitboard, modeled after our solid Khyber style, is a performance backcountry powderboard with increased taper to allow for improved trim, float and maneuverability in powder conditions compared with standard freeride shapes.
"From beginner to expert, top-to-bottom and everything in between, I believe the Khyber is the easiest and funnest Prior ride yet." --Chris Prior
Note: splitboards splits apart to ascend into the backcountry with the help of removable adhesive skins on the base of the board halves. At the summit it quickly connects back together into a snowboard.

Strengths: Does all they say on the powder: Quality construction, great flotation, turns quick, very nice ride. Surfy feel is fun, but takes some getting used to.
Weaknesses: Not so great in-bounds: cutting a board in half and putting it back together makes it lose all its pop. No response on bumps, shape makes it spooky on flat runouts. An adequate but dead ride off the powder. A great backcountry powder board, but if you don`t have another board for in-bounds, you`re going to be sacrificing some fun.

Strengths: Turns amazingly easy in steep powder in the trees. This board is incredibly flexible, which helps it turn.
