The greatest update to the Vans Veil Snowboard Boots would be in its custom designed BOA Focus Closure System that provides zonal-specific tightening across three different zones: the upper region, the forefoot region, and the instep region making sure your foot and bottom of the leg is secure and supported when you’re heading full force into a Backside 720. Teamed with the Quadfit Custom thermal fit-bars, you have a true custom fit Veil Boot. Inside you have the Vans Flight Core Air Snowaffle Sole with compression-molded EVA midsole, a PU heel block with duel gel/air dampening, gel cassette in the forefoot, and nylon arch support in the heel cradle. This best in technology boot comes equipped with a RECCO Rescue Reflector in case you find yourself off trail or in an avalanche, two places we don’t recommend.
