DESCRIPTION:
Dress it up and tear down the mountain. Sporting an oh-so sick tuxedo graphic topsheet just for the occasion, the freestyle 2008 Rossignol JDub is decked out with Mag-Traction technology, in a new shape Rossi appropriately calls “badass.” Last summer hero-hucker John Jackson joined Rossignol and began working with their best board designers from the NW and Europe to come up with the 2008 Rossignol JDub MT Snowboard. John’s bro, Eric, rides for Lib-Tech and let John try out his Mag-Traction sidecut, to which John said “damn!”—and after a few phone calls, Rossignol was able to license what is arguably the most innovative technology put into a board in the past decade. Mag-Traction technology offers you a sidecut with serrated edges, so you slice through ice like butter, and pretty much tear the face off any other terrain in your path. With ‘80s graphics so fresh and so clean (clean) they’re sure to earn you envious stares, the 2008 Rossignol JDub MT Snowboard is an impressive addition to freestyle history.

Strengths: everything from park to pow. awesome pop, blazing speeds. great edge hold. mag works great in the pow too, pulls you further through turns.
Weaknesses: tiny bit stiff, but will work out of that with enough days on it.
