Strengths: Flow finally lightened up! Still all the benefits of Flows: quick in and out, spreading pressure over your entire foot instead of just to your toes, and they don`t feel like concrete blocks anymore. The aluminum baseplate is awesome! Even easier to adjust than before. Really diggin these new bindings.
Weaknesses: the ratchets are a great idea, but they don`t work as well as they should. The straps on mine take some doing to get into the slots in the top of the I-Flex... pretty much just an aesthetic thing though.
