Description
The Recon—which holds its own even at the highest level—makes slick design available at a shop rat price. Normally it would take two bills to get options like a living hinge highback, real wrap EVA padding and an adjustable toe ramp, but someone screwed up on this binding’s price. This steal is almost like shoplifting, so keep quiet and snag a pair before someone notices.

Strengths: Cuts well, always feel stable! Never have an issue getting this board to turn over for me, even on those steeps that are scraped. Holds a good edge.
Weaknesses: Narrow base, tends to sink in the soft stuff if your going real slow. base is fairly easy to mar, but won`t gouge big time on a random rock. Just keep it well surfaced.

Strengths: I’ve had this board for 4 years and it’s held up great, I’ve put it through hell on many hills in Michigan in both peninsulas, it cuts crisp, and takes rails like no other. My favorite thing about it is the narrow base which makes it easy for those back country in between tree rides. Excellent board, well worth the price!
Weaknesses: Absolutely nothing
